Born and raised in Minneapolis, Joe joined the Air Force in 1971 and retired in July 1992.He also retired from the city of Grand Forks after 20 years as the Construction Compliance Officer. Joe has an AAS degree in Construction Management and has dealt with many bid openings. He is an AVID Vikings,Twins, Wild and Wolves fan, along with UND Hockey. Family time is very special to him, especially with his grand kids. Joe and His wife love to travel and have been to just about every stop in the Caribbean.s.
